Calm Resort Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 15 days before the arrival date. A 3% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover visa and administrative charges.
Reservation Modification: Reservation dates can be modified up to 7 days before the booking date, with non-refundable fees.
Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 500 AED is required and will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or losses.
Swimming Pool Liability: The resort is not responsible for any accidents in the swimming pool area.
